The Lost and Found is located in the Security Department of The Boston Park
Plaza Hotel & Towers at 50 Park Plaza at Arlington Street, Boston, MA 02116. Lost and
Found inquiries can be made by inquiring in person, calling the Security
Department at 617-457-2307, faxing us at 617-457-7472, this web page, or by
e-mailing us at:
ParkPlaza.Security@starwoodhotels.com
The
Security Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Lost and
found items are collected daily. Please allow 24-48
hours for items to be entered into our system.
Found items are held for 90 days at which time, based on their
condition, they are either donated to a local charity or disposed of.
