The Lost
and Found is located in the Security
Department of The Boston Park Plaza
Hotel Towers at 50 Park Plaza at
Arlington Street, Boston, MA 02116. Lost
and Found inquiries can be made by
inquiring in person, calling the
Security Department at 617-457-2307, by
faxing us at 617-457-7472, or by filling out the
online inquiry form.
The Security
Department is open 24 hours a day, seven
days a week.
Lost and Found items are collected
daily. Please allow 24-48 hours for
items to be entered into our system.
Found items are held for 45 days at
which time, based on their condition,
they are either donated to a local
charity or disposed of.
